Each session is gentle and private, but as your body begins to slow down, you may notice:

• Yawning
• A sense of heaviness or warmth
• Tears
• Mental clarity
• A feeling of relief or softness
• Other feelings of grief, sadness and anger can also arise
These are normal signs that your nervous system is settling and releasing tension.
